Welcome aboard!

You’ll find a catalog of my work, news, and miscellaneous updates here.

I am an Assistant Professor at the Centre of Studies in Resources Engineering (CSRE) at IIT Bombay. I am interested in the application of state-of-art stallite remote sensing in water resource management.

I completed my PhD from the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Washington, Seattle, where I studied river regulation due to dams and reservoirs. Find a more extensive record of my work in the Publications and Projects sections.

My research work so far has entailed building open-source tools to quantify global water storage dynamics using satellite remote sensing and distributed hydrological modeling.

Apart from research, you’ll find me hiking, clicking pictures, and reading.
